Teams and Organizations

Manage members, roles, and organization settings

Organizations group your projects, services, and team members. Every user belongs to at least one organization.

Invite Members

  1. Go to SettingsMembers
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email and assign a role (Owner, Admin, or Member)
  4. Copy the invitation link and send it to the person directly

Invitation emails are not sent automatically. You need to copy the invitation link and share it yourself — via Slack, email, or any other channel.

Pending invitations are visible in the Members view. You can copy the link again, or cancel the invitation at any time.

Roles

Three roles are available: Owner, Admin, and Member.

  • Members can view everything and deploy services
  • Admins can also invite/remove members and manage settings
  • Owners have full access, including deleting the organization

Assign roles when inviting, or change them later from the Members page.

Remove Members

Click the remove button next to any member in the Members view. Ensure at least one owner remains before removing admins or owners.

Organization Settings

Go to SettingsOrganization to update your organization name and profile. Review integration settings (GitHub, Slack) after any changes.

Delete an Organization

Only owners can delete an organization.

  1. Go to SettingsOrganization
  2. Click Delete Organization
  3. Confirm the deletion

This removes all projects, services, and associated resources permanently.
