# Slack Integration (/docs/guides/slack-integration)



Receive deployment, preview, and code review notifications directly in your Slack channels.

## Connect Your Workspace [#connect-your-workspace]

1. Go to **Settings** → **Slack**
2. Click **Connect Slack Workspace**
3. Complete the OAuth flow
4. You should see a green "Connected" status

## Invite the Bot [#invite-the-bot]

Before a channel appears in the notification settings, the bot must be a member:

```
/invite @Stratos
```

Run this in each Slack channel where you want notifications.

## Add Notifications to a Project [#add-notifications-to-a-project]

1. Open your project's **Settings** tab
2. Go to **Notifications**
3. Click **Add Channel** → select **Slack**
4. Pick a channel from the dropdown
5. Select which events to receive
6. Click **Create**

## Reconnecting [#reconnecting]

If notifications stop working, the workspace connection may have expired:

1. Go to **Settings** → **Slack**
2. Click **Reconnect**
3. Re-authorize the OAuth flow

Disconnecting keeps the Slack notification channels on your projects, but nothing is delivered while the workspace is disconnected. Reconnect the same workspace and they start working again on their own. Connect a different workspace and they stay silent, because they point at the old one.
